“Let’s Learn to Recite the Quran”, by Syed Ahmad Semait, is to assist those people who want to learn recitation of the Holy Qur’an from the beginning. The lessons and exercises in the book are given in a very simple and illustrative manner so that the beginner can understand fully how to recite the Holy Qur’an in a proper way.
The transliteration of Quranic Ayah is also there in the book. The advantage of a “romanized” transliteration of the Quranic Verses is that it allows those who are not aware of Arabic language & eager to recite and for the beginner to be used as an aid in proper enunciation and pronunciation of Quranic Arabic text.
